This program applies to all University faculty, staff, students, vendors, or contractors performing Hot Work on behalf of the University of Iowa and all University of Iowa facilities, including University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC). If you need additional blank Hot Work Permits, please contact Risk Management (risk-management@uiowa.edu).
